Purchase terms and conditions, returns and delivery

  1. PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. General provisions


    1.1. These purchase – sale Rules (hereinafter – the Rules) is a legally binding document mandatory to both parties that establishes the Buyer and the Seller rights, duties and responsibilities when the buyer purchases products in the e-store.
    1.2. Seller reserves the right to change, edit or add to the Rules at any time, taking into account the statutory requirements. Buyer is informed in the e-store’s website. The Rules applied to the Buyer are in force at the time of booking.
    1.3. Buyers who have the right to make purchases in the e-store:
          1.3.1. capable natural persons, ie persons over 18 years of age who are not restricted by the court order;
          1.3.2. minors between 14 and 18 years of age, only by having parents or guardians consent, except in cases where they dispose of their own income;
          1.3.3. legal persons;
          1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above mentioned persons.
    1.4. By approving the Rules the Seller also ensure that, under the 1.3. point, the Buyer has the right to buy goods at the e-store.
    1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment the buyer has formed a basket of goods, specified delivery address, selected the payment method, familiarised itself with the Rules, and clicked on the button “Confirm Order” (see point no. 5 “Order of goods, prices, payment arrangements, the terms”).
    1.6. Any contract made between the Buyer and the Seller is protected by e-store.

    1. Buyer‘s rights and obligations

    2.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-store in accordance with these Rules and other rules set out in the information sections of the e-store.
    2.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods ordered and pay the agreed price for them.
    2.3. By using the e-store the Buyer agrees with this purchase – sale Rules and undertakes to abide them and do not violate the EU law legislations.

     

    1. Seller’s rights and obligations
      3.1. Seller agrees to provide all the conditions to the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-store.
      3.2. If the Buyer tries to undermine the Seller’s e-store‘s stability and security or is in breach of its obligations, the Seller shall be entitled to immediately and without notice suspend or limit the Buyer’s ability to use e-store, or in exceptional cases, eliminate the registration of the Buyer.
      3.4. Seller agrees to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer.

     

    1. Purchase orders, price, payment arrangements, terms
      4.1. E-store Buyers can make purchases 24/7.
      4.2. The contract is effective from the moment the buyer clicks on “Confirm Order” and the Seller confirms the order by sending a confirmation e-mail.
      4.3. The Buyer is accountable for the goods in the following ways:

    Or you can create a PayPal account by paying for the order with your bank card. Please follow the steps below (how to pay with the card), and at the bottom of the page in the section “Create a PayPal account?” Choose option “Yes, please”. This way you pay with your card and create PayPal acount in the same time.

     

     

    • Credit card

    If you want to pay with credit card directly, enter your credit card details in the fields provided.

    Paysera  banklink – (only for  Lithuanian bank accounts).

    RETURNS

     

    We accept returns (if product is new and not used) and product complains in 14 day period after you receive your order.

    You can return all sealed products in 14 day period after you receive your order. Please contact us by email info@efshield.com  by futher directions.


    Refund for returned items is issued when we receive returned items. Shipping cost is not refundable (including cases when free delivery was applied).


    Delivery cost is not refundable if:

    • you do not take the package from the post in time (end of the collection period) or you are returning full order.
    • you are returning part of the order (reason: you ordered wrong product or you changed your mind) and the amount of the products are left with you are under the amount we provide free delivery.
    • you gave us wrong or not full delivery address or phone number.

     

    In that cases refund will be issued when we receive the package back.

    DELIVERY

    International delivery

    International delivery with tracking number to your Post Office. Usually takes about 5-12 business days, depending on the area (in rare cases it can take up to 30d. because of national and other holidays). Do not forget to provide full name, correct and full delivery address. 

    Please track your package via the link we will provide you in the email with tracking number.

    Keep in mind – If you do not receive notification from your local post office or if your tracking number does not appear in your country post online system after 1-2 weeks, please visit your local post office and ask if they have your package. If post doesn’t have your package and there is no tracking information, please contact us by email info@efshield.com 

    If you do not take the package from post office in time (10-20 days depending on the country), the package will be returned to us (shipping cost is not refundable). We will have to charge for the package return and / or reshipping. Package return and reshipping cost – 9.00€.

    Delivery cost is not refundable if:

    you do not take the package from the post in time (end of the collection period) or you are returning full order.

    you are returning part of the order (reason: you ordered wrong product or you changed your mind) and the amount of the products are left with you are under the amount we provide free delivery.

    you gave us wrong or not full delivery address or phone number.

    In that cases refund will be issued when we receive the package or product back.

    International Express carrier – price and time depends on country.(delivery prices will be added when filling destination country)

    Delivery within Lithuania

    • Delivery in Lithuania – FREE shipping for all orders Usually takes about 2 – 4 business days,  depending on the area.
      To Kuršių Nerija we ship just by registered Lithuanian post.

    Also you can do it by visiting “My personal information” in your account (if you have created one) and unchecking the check boxes near “Sign up for our newsletter” and “Receive special offers from our partners”.
